Squash Reboot is an iPhone squash game made and operated by Omar Shykhkerimov in British Columbia, Canada. These terms cover use of this website and the game where applicable.
Playing Squash Reboot
You may use the game for personal entertainment and use this website to learn about it and get support. Follow applicable law and respect the rights of other people. If you are not old enough to agree to terms where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you. The App Store age rating describes the game’s content; it does not replace local requirements about agreeing to terms.
The app and Apple’s terms
When available, downloads and use through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and the licence shown with the app. Unless a separate custom licence is supplied with the app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. These website terms do not replace that licence or make Apple responsible for our support.
Our work and your use
The game, robot artwork, name, website and related content belong to their respective rights holders. Permission to play does not transfer ownership. Do not redistribute the game or use its artwork commercially without permission, except where the law allows. You may share your own gameplay screenshots or recordings for personal, review or commentary purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Changes and availability
The game is currently in development. Features, release timing and supported devices may change. We may update the game or this website to fix problems or improve them. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. There are currently no accounts, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Support and privacy

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitations in the app’s licence apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Applicable law and questions
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings where you live. We do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the game develops. Updated terms will appear here with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
